On October 6, 2018, 20 people lost their lives after a 2001 Ford Excursion Limousine crashed in New York. The SUV-limousine was ferrying 18 occupants, most of them relatives, including four sisters, when it failed to stop at a T-intersection, plunging into a parked vehicle, hitting two pedestrians, and finally landing into a ditch where a huge tree trunk now lies split in half as the last point of impact. The limousine’s occupants were on their way to a birthday celebration, one of the occupants, had just turned 30. Witnesses informed police that the vehicle was only traveling at around 60 mph at the time of the crash, but one of the occupants had sent a distress text message to her cousin complaining of the deplorable state of the vehicle just minutes before the tragic incident occurred.
Being an active member of the concierge car service community, we felt deeply concerned by the incidents of this day and our hearts go out to the victims and all their loved ones. The incident has compelled us to write this post in which we hope to assure you of the rigorous safety measures we take to safeguard your wellbeing. Professionally Trained Chauffeurs

Before any chauffeur is given an assignment they are required to complete a defensive driving test administered by the national safety council.
