What safety policies/protocols do you have in place for your chauffeurs and vehicles?
We take great pride in our safety standards. Our chauffeurs are background-checked, drug-screened, and trained in defensive driving. For your total peace of mind, our fleet is backed by a $5 million insurance policy and monitored via GPS and dashcams. Each vehicle is cleaned daily, serviced regularly, and passes a CT DMV state inspection every six months.
Are all your vehicles equipped to drive in the snow?
Our fleet consists of vehicles equipped with the latest safety technology and the highest industry safety ratings to protect both our guests and our chauffeurs. For reliable travel in all conditions, all of our sedans and SUVs are All-Wheel Drive (AWD). Furthermore, we strictly adhere to all state storm recommendations and safety advisories so that your journey is never compromised by the weather.
What’s included in your all-inclusive price?
To make things simple, your quote already includes taxes, gratuities, and tolls. If there are any incidental costs, such as parking fees or extended wait times, they will be determined and billed after the completion of your trip.

We offer a diverse fleet to suit any occasion, including luxury sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, and passenger vans. For larger groups, we feature limo buses that range from 14 to 30 passengers and mini-coaches for up to 37 guests. We can also accommodate groups of up to 56 through our network of highly accredited affiliates.
